Motivated by personal experiences and the struggles faced by expatriates due to language barriers, I aimed to simplify their job-seeking journey.

The platform, offering comprehensive job listings across diverse industries, now aids over 150,000 job seekers in more than 20 European countries, demonstrating the platform’s significant impact and success.

Retail directory to connect with over 5000+ local partners

Recognizing the retail industry’s need for a comprehensive partner network, I led the development of a retail directory, now featuring over 5,000+ local partners. This platform addresses the challenge faced by clients of Storefront in finding additional services for their pop-up stores and events, facilitating collaboration and expansion.

Through intensive data collection, partner vetting, and user-friendly design, the platform now bolsters brand visibility and fosters strategic partnerships, contributing significantly to local market growth.

Go-To-Market Strategy using LinkedIn Ads for US expansion

To aid Aula Education’s US expansion, I devised a go-to-market strategy utilizing LinkedIn Ads. The choice of platform was driven by LinkedIn’s professional user base, aligning with Aula’s target demographic. This strategy effectively widened Aula’s reach, fostering its successful entry into the US market. 

50K Web Pages & Content Generation using Programmatic SEO

In order to dramatically boost Storefront’s online presence, I spearheaded the generation of 50,000+ web pages and content using Programmatic SEO. Recognizing that enhanced SEO can significantly increase business growth, I strategically employed this technique to optimize every transactional page. As a result, Storefront witnessed a 350%+ substantial surge in its search engine traffic, leading to increased visibility, 30% reduced CAC and cost savings of annual $500K PPC spends.

Leveraging Advanced Analytics & Optimization: A Digital Transformation Success Story

Facing a rapidly evolving digital landscape, I quickly pivoted my client’s strategy. Using the Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics, I honed in on user behavior with insights from SEMRush and Hotjar. The data pointed to a need for better landing pages, so I revamped them using Unbounce and A/B testing. I then launched targeted Facebook ads, highlighting our health tech solutions. With continuous monitoring via Data Studio and adjustments from insights via Looker, we saw a 220% boost in conversion rates. Ultimately, our refined strategy slashed our CPA by 25%, delivered a 400% ROI, and saved us a potential $700K annually in PPC costs.

Observing the burgeoning video content consumption, I decided to integrate engaging video content directly into product pages. Using Wistia, I tracked viewer behavior and gauged content effectiveness. The results: a 210% rise in page engagement, 45% increase in average time spent on the site, and a 25% bump in conversions, leading to an additional $2M in monthly revenues.

40% Course Completion Boost: Tailoring Learning with HubSpot

Using HubSpot’s CMS, I devised dynamic content tailored to users’ preferences, enhancing their learning experience. This effort resulted in a 40% increase in course completion rates. This strategy not only fostered retention but also spurred 60% more referrals, significantly growing our user base sans additional advertising costs.

300% Uptick: Retargeting Precision with Google Analytics

I employed Google Analytics to discern user behavior, focusing on abandoned cart users. Crafting retargeting strategies with this data led to a stunning 300% increase in cart recovery rates, salvaging $1M in potential lost sales within the first quarter. Furthermore, these honed retargeting efforts caused a 20% reduction in ad spend.

400% Traffic Surge: Conquering Voice Search with SEMrush

With the popularity of voice searches skyrocketing, I leaned into SEMrush’s voice search tool. Adjusting our content to align with voice search queries led to a whopping 400% influx in traffic from voice searches. This adjustment also resulted in a sales growth of 28% in just half a year.

50% Abandonment Reduction: Drift Chatbots Reinvent Support

Recognizing the critical nature of real-time customer support, I incorporated Drift chatbots for instant assistance. This rapid response strategy resulted in a 50% decrease in cart abandonment and a 35% uplift in customer satisfaction scores. Simultaneously, it allowed for 24/7 support without upsizing our human resources, equating to a yearly saving of around $750K in support staff costs.
